SCIENCE & RESEARCH

Senior Research Scientist — Life Sciences

Miami, FL · In office

The role

Lead evidence evaluation, research planning and scientific translation for health and wellness programs. You will help turn a product question into a rigorous, appropriately scoped plan, then make the resulting evidence useful to client decisions. Working with qualified research partners who execute studies, you will guide the scientific questions, evaluate findings and translate evidence into clear recommendations.

What you’ll do

  • Conduct focused literature reviews and synthesize relevant findings, weighing the strength, relevance and limitations of available evidence.
  • Shape client objectives into testable research questions and plans, including appropriate endpoints, in coordination with qualified research partners.
  • Interpret study data and explain what the results do—and do not—support, with sound analytical judgment and clear documentation.
  • Assess ingredients, formulations and delivery systems against scientific rationale, intended use and available evidence.
  • Prepare concise, client-ready scientific briefs that translate complex material into practical product-development decisions.
  • Coordinate R&D, quality and manufacturing handoffs so scientific context and open questions carry through the work.

What you’ll bring

  • Applied research experience in life sciences and a strong grounding in experimental design and analytical judgment.
  • Evidence literacy: the ability to assess study quality, distinguish findings from claims and communicate limitations clearly.
  • Rigorous recordkeeping, careful attention to detail and the ability to organize several workstreams without losing scientific nuance.
  • Confident written and verbal communication, including the ability to work directly with clients and specialist partners.
  • Familiarity with nutrition, consumer health or clinical research is valuable.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & DELIVERY

Solutions Architect

Miami, FL · In office

The role

Design practical, client-facing product-development and operating solutions. You will translate what a client is trying to achieve into a feasible, clearly scoped program that connects scientific needs, sourcing options, partner capabilities and delivery. This role focuses on how physical products and the programs behind them move from client objectives to coordinated execution.

What you’ll do

  • Lead discovery conversations to understand objectives, constraints, requirements and what a successful outcome needs to deliver.
  • Structure programs into clear workstreams, dependencies and milestones, making responsibilities and decision points visible.
  • Assess product formats and partner capabilities with qualified specialists to help determine a feasible route from brief to execution.
  • Design clear process and information handoffs between clients, PCG teams and external partners.
  • Help clients and teams navigate cost, timing and quality tradeoffs without losing sight of the original objective.
  • Develop thoughtful proposals and repeatable delivery workflows that make complex work easier to scope and coordinate.

What you’ll bring

  • Systems thinking and a track record of translating technical and commercial needs into structured, workable solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving, facilitation and communication skills across varied stakeholders.
  • The ability to bring clarity to ambiguous briefs, document decisions and keep dependencies in view.
  • Commercial judgment and an appreciation for how feasibility, cost, quality and timing shape a program.
  • Relevant experience in product development, manufacturing, consulting or a related field.
