For clients under $50 million in annual revenue, new product development and portfolio management are fee-based. For clients over $50 million, these engagements can be fee-free to the client, with PCG compensated by the CDMO under agreed terms. Contract research is always separately scoped at market rates. Companies at exactly $50 million should contact PCG to confirm their engagement.
How is contract research priced?

What happens after I submit an inquiry?
Your inquiry is stored in the private PCG submissions portal for the team to review and respond. Share a high-level overview first; confidential formulas and sensitive research records should follow through an agreed secure process.
What information helps PCG scope a project?
Provide your product category, target customer, current development stage, desired launch window, annual revenue range and the decision you need help making. Timing and deliverables are agreed after the requirements are reviewed.
