Define the intended ingredient serving and the number and size of pieces a consumer would take. Identify which ingredients are essential before selecting flavors or shapes. A capsule or powder formula is not automatically transferable to a gummy at the same serving.
Choose the base around the requirements
Explore pectin, gelatin or other suitable approaches with the manufacturing partner against texture, ingredient compatibility and consumer restrictions. Discuss sweetness, dietary preferences and sensory targets together. The base is part of the formulation, not merely a container for the active ingredients.
Plan testing in the finished gummy
Set expectations for content, consistency, stability and packaging evaluation after processing. Assess the intended storage and shipping conditions with qualified partners. Label claims and the proposed shelf life should follow the evidence for the final product rather than a prototype's appearance.

Can PCG develop a vegan gummy?
Yes, subject to the full ingredient and process brief. A plant-based gelling system is only one part of checking whether the finished product fits the intended positioning.
Can every ingredient be delivered in a gummy?
Feasibility depends on the required serving, ingredient properties, processing and piece-count constraints. The first stage should identify whether the format is a sensible fit.
Can we make a lower-sugar version?
That can be explored with texture and sensory development, ingredient review and the intended market's labeling requirements. Set the priority before choosing the manufacturing platform.
